1. The Services

Anung Sabi Mo is a Filipino word and phrase game. We may distribute the app via direct APK download and may later offer store listings. Content packs may be free, premium, or marked coming soon. Features such as accounts, purchases, leaderboards, and web play may change or roll out over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app and any content packs you are authorized to install, solely for personal, non-commercial gameplay, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or packs except as allowed by law
• Circumvent download, update, or purchase controls
• Use the Services to harm, harass, or cheat other players
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt our servers or download infrastructure
• Remove proprietary notices from our materials

4. Content packs and updates

Pack versions are independent of the app version. When online, the app may check for updates and download newer packs or APK builds. We may change, replace, or discontinue packs or releases. Premium packs may require a purchase or entitlement when that system is enabled; until then, availability is determined by the product configuration we publish.

5. User content and community

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

6. Intellectual property

The Services — including branding, game design, Rambler Engine technology, editorial content, and pack materials — are owned by Anung Sabi Mo or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Third-party services

The Services may link to third-party sites or use third-party hosting and delivery. We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Direct APK installs are at your own risk; only download from our official website or channels we designate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anung Sabi Mo and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app and leaving the site.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
